Building a new home is one of the single largest investments you will make in your lifetime. You need to have an unbiased, independent agent with your interest and needs in mind. I offer over 80 services critical to the new home owner/builder. Many new homeowners building a home do not even know what they should be asking or looking out for to ensure that their home construction project meets all the criteria put forth in the written contract. Often if no one is looking, short cuts can happen that may lessen the integrity and value of your new home.
My education, background and experience in the real estate an construction industry gives me expert knowledge to act as your advocate when dealing with your builder to ensure all goes smooth. Also my working relationship directly with the owners of dozens of local builders gives me the ability to get straight answers for you more quickly. Instead of dealing with a receptionist who will simply pass on your questions or requests and the you must wait for someone to get back to you, I will act as your agent to get to the bottom of issues as soon as they pop up by working directly with your construction manager on every detail.

- Coordinate and oversee land survey, if necessary.

- Oversee permit process to ensure all goes smooth and quick as possble.
- On site supervision of home footprint layout (once the slab is poured, it cannot be moved).
- Ensure that the builder provides you with a phase by phase construction schedule.
- Communicate to you and photograph every step of construction process.
- Verify construction schedule and move in date with builder.
- Check and communicate to you all inspections and corrective orders
- Get copy of “as built survey”
- Photograph all “punch out” corrections before and after.
- Coordinate utility transfers.
- Coordinate closing.
- Coordinate furniture movers with closing date.
